- Forehead flattened, moderately wide, well-defined stop, but without sharp lines. Cheeks are covered with developed muscles, flat.
- The back of the nose is straight, equally wide along the entire length, slightly tapering to the nose.
- The lips are medium, not sagging, but not dry. Teeth are tight nearby, large size and decent length. If you feed a dog correctly, they will retain their whiteness throughout life. Only a scissor bite is allowed.
- The lobe is well pigmented in black, proportional, the nostrils are oval, well open.
- The eyes are medium, oval with a slight slanting and tight-fitting eyelids, are shallow. The shade of the iris is a deep brown.
- The ears are small, stand upright, located high and close to each other. Cartilages are triangular the ends are rounded or pointed. Czech shepherd dogs do not have them stopping. Decorating hair on the ears is a distinctive pedigree feature.
