Story

Great Canary, aka Mastiff Mastiff – powerful and ancient breed dogs, which is also called ca de bo. It is a well-known fact that in ancient times many kings contained entire army units consisting of fighting dogs. This breed is not an exception, however, it has its own characteristics due to the territorial location of their habitat.

In the Canary Islands, natives (guanches) used them not only in a war against each other, but also as a hunter for the wild dogs, and other types of animals. The peculiarity is that they also took part in various ceremonies, and even used as sacrificial animals, which were then eaten.
