A flock of ducks proudly swims in the midst of a half-flooded swing and roundabouts in a residential area of Blagoveshchensk. Poultry come here from the private sector splash around and are not afraid of children who playing in the water next to them.
Almost two swamps have formed on the site of the playground months ago. The reason for this is not flood and groundwater, but gusts in incorrectly laid conduit.
Residents of the city all this time complain at the authorities: the children do not must play in such conditions, in addition, dirty water may become a source of infection. But the swamp is still here, that very happy with local ducks.
