Four-footed pupils of the “Italian school of rescue dogs” in one day, saved in a stormy sea six adults and two children.
Ferragosto – the main holiday of the summer – Italians celebrate in mid-August and spend a massive day on the beaches. This time to them no luck with the weather: the sea was very stormy, the waves covered bathers and very unpleasant situations arose. But the elements dogs in red vests prevented from spoiling the holiday – rescuers, past special training.
More than four hundred graduates of the “Italian school” work on all the main beaches of the country. On the day of Ferragosto rescue dogs particularly distinguished themselves in the areas of Campania, Liguria, Sicily and Calabria.
