At the end of July, the 28th day (Saturday), in the Soviet park of the city of Omsk organize an unusual live exhibition – homeless animals. According to organizers, festival-exhibition “Because the paws!” wears charity character. The purpose of the event is to attach to the good hands of as many orphan animals as possible, thereby reducing the number homeless people on the city streets.
