Strange events occur at night in the Bashkir village of Darino. Unknown predators silently penetrate the houses and rabbits, attack small animals and drink blood from it.
Losses are already approaching hundreds of animals and birds. Nightly robbers do not take prey with them – they are content with bloody a feast. Such vampire habits locals tend to to ascribe to mystical chupacabra: for some reason, they don’t bark at her yard dogs.
The version that such predators could well have done Kunih families – the same ferrets, for example – the villagers categorically do not accept, it’s somehow too corny.
