November 20, the Ministry of Emergency Situations received a signal about stuck between concrete slabs for a stray dog.
Local residents heard how in one of the cellars of the porch whines dog. Apparently, the dog tried to get out of the warm shelter, but I couldn’t stick my head between narrow plates and got stuck.
Rescuers who arrived at the scene began to get stuck animal. For the operation they needed a whole arsenal tools. As a result, using hydraulic equipment rescue workers managed to rescue the unfortunate animal.
