As Lenta.ru writes with reference to the Daily Mail, in one of states in Brazil came into the world a calf with a physical disability. The animal has one neck but two heads. The animal could live five days, which is rare for mutants.
The two-headed calf was born in Goias, which is located in Municipality of Brazil Cayaponia.
One of the farmers who attended the birth and fed calf milk from a bottle, said that the calf is good both mouths and esophagus function. Usually these animals die right after birth. The two-headed calf was able to live five days. All this time, farm workers, scientists and veterinarians tried it save.
One veterinarian told reporters that this is a rare case. and most likely the mutation was due to crossbreeding “relatives”.
