Almost half a year a lion cub lived in an apartment of a Kazan, a predator discovered the staff of the Committee on Bioresources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The owner of the animal did not find any documents permitting keep wild animals in the house.

In this case, documents for the lion cub itself (animal passport, card vaccinations) were in perfect order. But the content of such a beast at home without special permission it’s still not legal.
The biocommittee staff eventually took the animal, it will be transferred for maintenance in a place more suitable for such a predator – a zoo. And the man brought to administrative responsibility, he must pay a fine.
